What is Claude?
Claude is the family of AI models built by Anthropic, an AI safety company. Claude models are known for strong reasoning over long documents, reliable tool use, and safety controls — the capabilities that matter when an AI agent runs real business operations rather than just chatting.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We build on Anthropic's commercial terms, under which business data is not used to train models by default — and we never opt in. On top of that, everything we deploy runs in your environment, and we never use one client's data for another.
Do we need our own Claude subscription?
It depends on the setup. Some installs run on your own Claude accounts (you keep direct control of billing and access); others we provision for you during the engagement and hand over at the end. We'll recommend the simplest option for your case on the discovery call.
What does being an Anthropic partner mean?
Sempra Systems' parent company is an approved member of the Anthropic Partner Network on the services track. Practically, it means Anthropic has reviewed and approved us as a services partner for implementation work on Claude.
We already built things on ChatGPT or other tools — can you migrate them?
Usually, yes. Prompts, workflows, and knowledge move over; what typically improves in the move is structure — skills your agents follow, permission gates, and a company brain underneath instead of scattered chats. We'll assess what's worth migrating on the call.
