How the AgenticOS install works

The full walkthrough — watch the video or read the transcript below. An AgenticOS is an autonomous, self-improving AI brain that runs your business's recurring work on autopilot. Here is exactly how the install works, in five steps, including what you can do on your own.

Who this is for

If you run a business doing more than €1M in revenue with 5 to 50 employees, ask yourself three quick questions. Does delegating feel risky because most of the knowledge in your company lives inside your head? Does your team bring every decision back to you — even the tiny ones? Do you worry what happens to revenue if you disappear for a month?

If you said yes to any of those, you're in the right place. The fastest-scaling founders we've worked with are scaling 5x in 6 months without hiring more people, restructuring the team, or hiring another consultant — by installing an AgenticOS: an autonomous, self-improving AI brain that runs the recurring work on autopilot.

You risk more by not adopting the technology than fearing the potential downside that a small percentage of people experienced.

Recent results

In the last 6 months alone, here's what the AgenticOS has produced. For one media-buying agency rebuilt from the ground up, monthly profit went from €62K to €451K — 7.3x, with profit margin nearly doubling from 46% to 76%. For another founder — Pietro at Serenergy — net monthly revenue went from €40K to over €200K in six months. His team now handles complex client questions in seconds instead of routing them all back to him.

Two different businesses. Same architecture.

What an AgenticOS actually is

You should train an AI the same way you train a human employee. Just like you teach a human to turn inputs into outputs by giving them an SOP, you teach an AI agent by giving it a Skill — same concept, different format. Group several SOPs together and you get a role you'd assign to a human; group several Skills and you get what we call a Routine. Stack multiple Agents running Routines into a single dashboard where the manager can see, pause, edit, and direct everything live — and that's the AgenticOS.

How is this different from just using AI agents directly? The AgenticOS is connected to your entire software stack, with custom skills to read, learn, and work on your business while you sleep. An autonomous AI brain with its own memory — silently embedded in the software your team already uses, learning every day on its own.

The biggest blocker to AI automation is no longer the models — it's the domain knowledge inside companies. Every business needs a new primitive: a company brain. A system that pulls knowledge out of fragmented sources, structures it, keeps it current, and turns it into an executable skills file for AI agents.

Why your current AI work isn't sticking

Maybe you hired an AI expert who built you a custom agent for €5K and disappeared two weeks later — two months in, the agent is stale because your processes moved on. Maybe your team is vibe-coding solutions: lots of motion, lots of demos, four months later it's all in the trash. Or you launched an AI tool at the team, trained them on it, asked them to change how they work — and within 30 days the initiative went dead.

The reason is not the AI model, the platform, or the next new tool. It's the ever-changing nature of business problems. Every AI tool you've tried is a snapshot, frozen in time — built once, against today's tools and today's processes. The moment your business changes (and it changes constantly), the AI goes stale. Any AI solution needs to constantly self-improve on two levels: the process it follows and the goal it's trying to achieve. That's why you need your own AI business brain — an AgenticOS.

The five steps of the install

Five steps. Nobody else in this market is doing all five together. Even if you never work with us, the framework is yours.

  1. Map the real friction. Before installing anything, you need to know which problems actually require AI. Most founders skip this and automate the loudest fire instead of the quietest, more relevant bottleneck — that's why most AI installs solve the wrong problem. You can do this on your own with a 5-day bottleneck audit: log every time the work waits on you. The friction is almost never where you thought.
  2. Pick the right weapon. "What AI tool should I use?" is the wrong question — there are 400 tools out there and 90% are wrappers around the same models. The right question: are we training an employee, or hiring an expert? If you know exactly how the job should be done, you train a routine agent once and let it run. If you only know the outcome, you need a fully autonomous agent that brings the expertise and makes the judgment calls you can't pre-script.
  3. Install silently into the team. The AI should adapt to the team, not the team to the AI. The agent meets your team in the software they already use — Gmail, your CRM, your spreadsheets. No new app, no SOP to memorize. By week 3 your team is working alongside it without anyone asking them to change a single thing.
  4. Maintain at the SOP level. Static AI in a moving business goes stale fast. Maintenance has to be AI-driven, not manual: the agent watches the stack and your team's work daily, accounts for minor changes automatically, and surfaces major ones directly to the manager.
  5. Self-improve at the goal level. The SOP can run flawlessly, but if the goal it was built around changes, the agent keeps producing immaculate work nobody needs. The system watches the entire department — meeting notes, strategic memos, KPI dashboards — and when the goal shifts, it flags it and proposes a recalibration before the skills keep running on yesterday's strategy.

Mapping, Selection, Installation, Self-Maintenance, Self-Direction. Each one solves a different point of failure. Skip any one of them and the install eventually falls apart. You can run all five on your own — or do it with us and get to a working AgenticOS in 3 weeks instead of 6 months.

The part the case studies don't capture

You forget about monotonous tasks, so you can focus on better problems. You stop carrying the entire complexity of your business in your head, and start sharing it with your AI brain. You stop feeling guilty when you're with your family — because the company doesn't need you every single moment. The 5x is the side effect. The real product is your life back.
